Citicon not giving flat in The Prestige after 6 yr

We booked a flat in The Prestige in 2013. After too much of project delays (flat not ready even in 2018), my loan provider stopped disbursing money to them even after my approval. Then I made payment in laks from my pocket on the assurance of getting the flat in 2-3 months. But it has been around 1 year now and there is no progress in the flat which is 80% ready. I think it is better to buy readymade flat than under construction by these builders. Citicon should be avoided if you trust my post. There are many posts on this platform which are bogus. Take your best judgement and act. All the best to everyone who is trying to have one flat for himself/family.
