Very good location..2 Metro stations are in walking distance.. 450 Flats are there...

Very good society with all the amenities but developer behavior and handover process is not good... but project is very good.

I would like to share my experience of purchasing a flat at phase 2 lakewood estate Patuli. I would like to tell you that they give false commitments. At the time of purchasing the flat in Dec 21 the date for possession was Dec 22. They said as Covid wave may come so we have kept completion date in September 24 but we will complete the project early . We keep our words

Then in early 2023 they started saying we will be completing the project by June 23 .

In June 23 new story we have applied for project completion and likely to get in 3 to 4 months .

In Oct 23 they are still in Application

Is this the quality if renowned builder that it takes more than 4 months after application.

Since we bought the flat in 2021 they never allowed to visit my flat

Very very good location... Flat prices are 1cr+.. total 450+ flats with all the amenities like clubhouse, gym , swimming pool etc

The developer is not ethical..I suprise, they try to fetch money illegal way..I bought a flat in Lakewood, Patuli..They took money(around 75k) for the entire year from me in the name of maintenance(apart from the interest fee maintenance deposit) before giving me the possession..They should give possession and start charging the maintenance..my flat was with them for 1 year since I was in abroad and they put a office inside my flat..they didn't inform me about this...However, they charge that money for that 1 year .They stop my registration because of this and forced me to pay that money..please be aware of it

Very 3rd class builder, 3rd class quailty of material they use, very pathetic policy they have, not a single terms and conditions in favour of customer, guys don't invest a peny in any Unimark group Construction.

Very good location, just 2min from CC2, Akansha Crossing, Bengal Silicon Valley.

just opposite of Kolkata's renowned school St. Joans School.

just walking distance of local bazar, college, Hospital.

what I like most about this project is dedicated club house format, and above all the pricing. best affordable project in Rajarhat.

A luxury property with modern amenities along with the best view of Ganga. A unique elevation and availability of brands in commercial section increased the beauty and value of uttarpara location. There's no difference between bypass and uttarpara now in terms of communication infact uttarpara now provides communication by road, water, train and metro (which starts from Dakshineswar).
