One of my relatives has bought a 3 bhk home in Sowparnika Elania & I am too considering it for a site visit but before that I would like to have few more information on this project by the people who have visited or own a home in this project so that I can have a more clear picture about this project.

I am an NRI & wanted to invest in for a new home for my parents in my hometown Trivandrum as they are not willing to leave that peaceful city at any cost.
