If you compare the maintenance charges of Sunteck’s projects with similar sites, you will realize how much we are overpaying. Even after paying considerable amounts every month, the services are always faulty. The elevators are constantly under maintenance.

There is no reliable power back-up. Also, we have faced water crunches at times. All my issues take forever to resolve. For instance, there were plumbing problems in my unit that took weeks to get fixed despite multiple follow-ups. The team at Sunteck does not care about your convenience once they’ve sold the unit
