Worst!! I am one of the owners here, all the good reviews are surely not from the owners rather from the Sipani Team itself.


Want to know the fact talk to the owners here or best is read the chats of the society group lol


To name a few, False promises, plumbing issues, leakage issues, no proper security. Even worse is if we want to get the kids play or train here without the approval no sports activities training is possible. Which means if you know the sports use the amenities.


There are many more. Get a fact check before you invest.


Here security is so tight that theft issues also happen!!!!!!!!
