Customers beware of the construction agreement

I have booked this apartment about 3 years back and now only the work at the site has started. The approvals taken by the builder is not in line with what has been advertised by them in their brochure. The agreement that they are trying to execute with their customers does not include any of the amenities promised by them. They are trying to give a part of these amenities through membership in a separate club to be operated by them without any absolute right for the residents.

All the existing customers and the new ones should be careful not to fall into this trap.
