CRM team will not respond to the emails. Whatever they promise about flat amount better to get everything in written email with video record because the sales executive is switching to other company these people will create lot of problem this was not earlier and ask you to check with sale executive and can we ask the who as left job. Who ever is purchaing get details of everything flat amount, maintenance, corpus and registration amount everything in detail and if they tell they will reduce at the time of registration better record in video and get written email. If they are offering like gift like gold or silver after registration they will cheat it they will tell it is not mentioned for your purchased will not come or not mentioned in system
