This buider is so fraud that he had taken advance of Rs51000 from me but not returning my money.


Since last 9 months i had given more than 120 mails but no action taken by them.


Total fraud builder.


Before booking think 200 times because you can be the next victim.

I had given advance amount of Rs 51000 to this builder in the month of October 2024 for booking Magnolia Signature.


But due to some reason I had cancelled the booking.


I have written 100 of mails and called them 100 times but till date they have not returned my harden money.


Its a scam and please think 100 times before doing any booking in Magnolia group because they will not return your advance amount if you cancel the booking.


Really fraud mentality and they have done scam with me.


Even local builders are far better than them.
