I had given advance amount of Rs 51000 to this builder in the month of October 2024 for booking Magnolia Signature.


But due to some reason I had cancelled the booking.


I have written 100 of mails and called them 100 times but till date they have not returned my harden money.


Its a scam and please think 100 times before doing any booking in Magnolia group because they will not return your advance amount if you cancel the booking.


Really fraud mentality and they have done scam with me.


Even local builders are far better than them.
