Logix builder owes 292 crore Rs to Noida Authority as land dues. As per media reports this cheat builder had diverted 628 crores Rs to its commercial projects just in greed of earning more money and scrapped our residential project.

I had purchase small studio apartment in Logix Zest sector 143 in 2011, Taken loan of 17Lac for which I am paying emi till date. Builder is not replying to our emails and xalls and other mediums as well. Waiting from last 11years for the product for which i had paid for 80% amount. Builder is doing unfair with us..I am compelled to cut short my daily expenses as I am paying EMI 'S from 11 yrs and living on Rented apa

Booked two Studio Apt in SAT-3 in 2011 and made 90% payment. Logix City Developers assured to hand over possession in 2013 which till date has not been done. This project is stalled for the last 6 years. Builder diverted funds for other projects. Builder has not paid Land Fee to Noida Authority as a result of which the flats cannot be registered. LOGIX CITY DEVELOPERS IS A VERY BIG FRAUD AND HAS RUN AWAY FROM DELHI.

WOULD REQUEST ALL PROSPECTIVE BUYERS NOT TO TOUCH THIS PROJECT AT ALL. WE ARE REPENTING FOR 10 YEARS AND DO NOT FORESEE ANY POSSIBILITY OF GETTING POSSESSION OF OUR BOOKED FLATS IN NEAR FUTURE.

Scrupulous builder, no flats delivered by him for the last 8 years. Has probably siphoned off the money and is now selling units to Middle East investors through 360realtors, a front company.

Don't buy anything from this builder.

Purchased 2 units in 2011. from Logix Blossom Zest sector 143 Paying EMI. Promised to give possession in 24 months. Builder is professional cheater, fraud and duping buyers of their rights. Even builder is not fulfilling the terms and condition of BBA which is drafted by himself completely in his own favour.

PROJECT IS CASH STARVED, AND STALLED SINCE BEFORE THE PANDEMIC! DELAYED BEYOND 8 YEARS!

Builder owes NOIDA authorites more than Rs 270 crores. Because of this you cant register the property. See attached pic of Noida dues as per RTI filed.

Booking began in 2011, with promise of possession to first batch of buyers in 2013. I booked in 2013, promised possession in 2015. Like other cheated 2500 Homebuyers I am still waiting for my home.

Only Phase 1 VERYFEW flats are handed over(THAT TOO MINUS THE AMENITIES LIKE POOL CLUB HOUSE HOMEBUYERS PAID FOR). they get electricity form gensets, cant get electric supply form govt. coz of dues from authorities.

All other middle class buyers who invested their hard earned money are left waiting, running pillar to post. Many filed in RERA, despite positive judgements hardly any execution of the judgements, others like me filed in NCDRC.still waiting for justice. Sadly many homebuyers took loans, they are still homeless paying their EMI and house rent too.

These flats which are delayed for eternity are being sold in middle east( like in Bahrain) through 360 Realtors. builder is selling through deceitful ads in magicbricks/ 99 acres/ and through India Bulls too

Please dont buy - your money will be stuck. you will be left fighting court cases throughout your life like me

Reviewing Logix Zest, there are many pros and cons regarding the residency and flat. First of all, the location is far away from Delhi and outside society, there isn't anything much to see. The amenities provided in the society are good which include a swimming pool, gymnasium along with other basic necessities.

I was shown 3 BHK Flat which was very good. Quality materials were used and everything was in its place. The price starting was reasonable also but the biggest disadvantage is that the handover would take a long time. Keeping time frame of mind, Logix would be a nice option.
