I am a greens customer. Booked my flat when they launched the project in 2018. It has been 3 years but no sign of getting anything. Paid almost 80%. What we gained:

  • my flat is sold a second time 1 year later.

  • stopped construction for more than a year

  • builder came up with additional floor in 3 towers without BBMP approval

  • now whole open area is being used for villa construction

  • police and Rera both playing hand to hand.

  • Rera keeps extending dates and police not ready to take FIR for double sale fraud

As an exasperated customer I don't know where to go and what to do.
