Gross inadequate parking in the Project

Review on Godrej City, Panvel, Navi Mumbai

In Godrej City Woods Panvel developer has provided 499 parking space for 560 flats. They orally promised ample parking space in the project at the time of booking and my agreement states that I am entitled to one open parking space but the same has not been provided. The developer is now passing on the buck to society and expects society to address the problem that the developer has created. The above 499 parking spaces include both covered and open and visitor parking. Connectivity to Panvel station from the project is very poor. Please speak to any resident of woods to confirm above.
