Pathetic construction quality

Review on Dynamix Parkwoods, Kavesar, Thane

Took possession in mid 2014 and within 5 years the whole society is forced to collect funds for Repar kf the building. This js simply because of poor quality construction material used by the builder. Today, every resident is spending 60000 for repairs. I have lived in other societies but a building repair of this magnitude was never needed. I wish i knew how to file a complaint against the builder for such grave lapse. During monsoon, you can see heavy water dripping from roof, floor tiles are coming out and there are damp patches at many places within flats.
