I have taken flat in DS-MAX Savera flat No.264 E Block, initially I have approached many builders in Uttarahalli surroundings as I am very particular about location. Since last 12 years I am familiar to Uttarahalli location and would like to make permanent house in the same locality. When I was enquired with top class builders the prices are very high and not suited my budget, through one of my known associate I have approached DS-MAX and enquired about Uttarahalli location project, by that time they don`t have any flats left out in their ongoing project and they have updated that one more project coming near Uttarahalli bus stop, within short span of time I got call from DS-MAX office and updated me that Uttarahalli project namely DS-MAX Savera is going to launch and they have invited for Bhoomi pooja, accordingly I made my self free and visited, it was surprisingly matches to my budget and also good vastu oriented plan. My experience with them made me realise how in such a short span of time a builder can boast of having so many projects. From the beginning everything was well planned and documented. Our lawyer on studying the documents immediately approved it. All his queries were properly answered and clarified. Project construction schedules are well in advance and quality of construction is very good. Definetly will recomment DS-MAX to my relatives, friends as well as associates, in fact I did it.

Ds Max! I had a wonderful experience throughout my journey on buying my first flat in Bangalore. I thought it will be a dream to own a house in Bangalore but DS MAX gave me opportunity to own a house in Bangalore. really the quality which they have provide in this budget is really a worth.

My brother recently purchased an apartment in Silver bells near Magadi road and I must say that the  assistance given was too good and I really appreciate the effort taken in understanding the customers needs. Mr Pinto accompanied us and the suggestion and support he gave was really helpful in coming to a conclusion.

Though we had two thoughts due to demonetization, we could not afford to lose this opportunity as we actually loved the ambiance along with the trust worthy support.Usually sales is where people dont answer once the business deal is done. Hellow., my name is VishwAnasultanth and I am a satisfied owner of DS MAX Silvernest. Since 2013 I am staying in the apartment and facilities& services we are getting is fine enough. When I had planned to buy a house, I have made enquiries with my colleagues, friends and also checked on web. We had heard about DS max and had also seen their advertisements in leading publications. we are also aware that company had been awarded with several awards for excellence in the field of real estate and construction. we were looking for a affordable flat in Bangalore for the last few years and we are not successful. considering the profile and brand of DS max as well as the various awards bestowed on the company, we were of the impression that the properties of DS max would be expensive, however to our pleasant surprise on meeting one of the representative of DS max who showed us a flat in DS max sarovar. we got what we are looking for all these days. Besides the pricing was very reasonable considering the quality of construction. I should day we really got value for our money.

I am a Doctor, recently moved to Bangalore from Hubli. We are a Joint family and my parents live with me. We were also looking for owning a suitable accommodation around my place of work. After meeting several builders and seeing their properties, we finally met the representatives DS Max who showed us a flat in DS Max Sandalwood. This was exactly as per our requirement and price was also affordable. The Company representatives provided excellent service especially Mr Shiv Kumar who co ordinated for bank loan and our experience of acquiring the flat was pleasant and without any hurdles. The entire process of sanction of loan till the registration was smooth, with complete hand holding by the representatives of the Company. We are residing in the flat for the past six months and have not encountered any issues. DS Max has been attending to all issues and their services are excellent. Our entire family and especially my aged parents are happy and very comfortable in the new flat.

I am also relieved that we don't have to worry about SWD, lake encroachments etc as all documents are clear of any issues.

Investing in a property for a layman is chartering into untested waters. Since I am defense background staff, due to my nature of duties I reported to B`lore, would interested to invest property in B`lore, I have heared experiences of our friends and relatives with other builders we were very apprehensive when we approached DS-MAX. I am a proud owner of a house today I got occupancy from builder, the credit goes to DS-MAX& their team. With my limited budget I always thought would be able to buy a house much later only but DSMAX changed by outlook. Nowhere can we see such a wide range of projects in all prime locations and in the most amazing prices! We even did interiors from DS MAX and the finishing is perfect. My office colleagues, friends and relatives love my house and I myself cannot believe my luck. I expect same services from DS-MAX in future too. Best of luck to team DS-MAX. In the summer of 2010, we accepted the offer of DS MAX in R T Nagar. When we wanted to combine 3 BR and 2 BR flats together, despite some structural changes and deviations, the company responded well to our requierments and did the utmost to create a lovely and spacious 4 BR apartment.

We being away in Chennai, continued to be in touch with Mr. Johnson. He kindly helped us out in the closure of home-loan, mortgage deed etc. in November'16. When I called at the office I was attracted by the caption "Some are good in making relations and some are good in maintaining it."-yes truly DS MAX is!

Everyday I use to see ads in Paper and posters with handsome chairman picture, after looking the ads, I decided to visit the site. Met Mr.Raveendra Gowda. He managed to convince me and we booked 2BHK flat. after booking few of them gave me negative and positive feedback about DS-MAX. we did not bother about the views. after a month we changed our plan. plan was to go for 3BHK!

Raveendra was very helpful and helped us to move for 3BHK.

The team is very friendly and co-operative, I would like to thank Raveendra Gowda, Padmanabha Rao, Mutturaj and Ravi(store in-charge).

I have booked an apartment at DS Max, Saanjh bannerghatta road in the pre booking scheme about a year before and the support from the entire team at DS Max has just been marvelous over this duration.

To mention a few, one Mr. Johnson has been of great help since day one, right from the documentations, payments, selection, modification he has been of paramount importance –its just because of this gentleman that I actually proceeded with my booking, its for people like him I would recommend DS max to my friends or family, also with respect to the legal department one Mr. Joseph was really prompt and transparent in responding to queries from my legal advisor thus getting me the legal verification for the property completed in no time. At this point he slab of my apartment is under way and I am currently talking to one Miss Ashwini and she too has been really supportive in responding to my modification demands and facilitating the same.

Hi, my name is Ms Madhuri and I am a proud owner of  flat No.115  in DS MAX Sterling I really must say in the budget I bought  my flat @ age of .  I never expected the facilities & services we are getting. When I had planned to buy a house, we like everyone else  enquired through many friends and even checked online. After reading some of the reviews we were quite skeptical and even decided to give this builder a skip.  However as fate would have it, we happened to visit a friend residing in DS MAX project and seeing the Finish938844ing and maintenance of the property  decided to test our luck. We could not have been happier! From the very beginning we were guided by  a team of professionals who made things crystal clear and helped us till  I took possession of our flat. Presently the maintenance of the project is being taken care by them and what is rather heartening to see is how the senior members of the organization make themselves available to address our concerns. Very patient and humble people. I am not aware of any other builder doing so. I seriously suggest everyone not to  just build their opinion on these reviews which do not show the complete picture. Sales:

Ghouse - A very humble and a soft spoken person and carries a very pleasing personality. Very confident about the product he is promoting. Our first meeting with him was quite convincing which made us to enter your office. Highly dedicated employee and strong convincing skills with clear information sharing and has good respect for all his seniors.

Operations:

Mark - Very professional and interactive. We were happy to meet him and could get all our queries resolved. Highly responsive, immaterial of the concerns small or big, queries etc… Stayed back to meet us post office hours for long discussion and was patiently attending to all our silly queries and assured us of best services at all times. This assurance was not only given verbally but the services are also being provided till date. On the day of house warming also we had some requirements to be met instantly – we were very happy to note that a team of people were sent to address our concerns quickly.

Loans:

Shivakumar - Perfect person to handle loans. After taking details of salary, existing loans etc…etc… he gives us a clear picture of the probability of loan approval. His way of saying it – itself makes us feel that loan is done, it’s an art of communication. I have heard people running from pillar to poster for home loans for months. But when I shared my experience with my friends – all were shocked. Entire process was handled by your team– post all the document submission. Just 3 days for loan disbursement – awesome…

CFO:

Prasanna Sir – I feel very small to say anything about him. Being such a senior person he is also available to talk to us at any time. Attend to our requests and extend support appropriately. Spoke to him few times but, could not meet him. In short - with his proper guidance and support all went well.

Registrations:

Anil – I have always heard that getting registration done is the most difficult task. But we never knew when did the process start and end. On every milestone we are only left with sweet shocks.

Few others I would like to thank are Back end team(Payment receipts are on time), Samanth, Hrudayanand, Ramesh, Painter, House Keeping & Security. What a team of people you have at all levels – ultimate! In short if I have to say…

Ds Max Sky City

We share our wonderful experience of finding a dream home. We were searching for a 3 BHK flat in North Bangalore and short listed Shobha City, Bharthi city and few more. When we have visited the places and found out the prices, our budget was not sufficient, so we kept quite. After some time we have seen Times of India news paper advertisement of DS MAX-SKY CITY. When we have called DS Max, they have arranged a free site visit and shown the construction site and explained the features and amenities. They have shown the walk through in the laptop. In a nut shall, the project was coming up in almost 3 acres of land and the beauty is construction will be done in around one acre of land having single tower with 20 floors. Remaining area is meant for amenities. It is bang on the 80 feet road, well connected to city through outer ring road. We were satisfied with the project and the price offered was much lesser than other builders in that area. The quality of construction and sanitary fittings were best.  Again we negotiated for floor premium and finally booked the flat with in our budget.  We thank DS Max and team for making dream come true.

Who would have thought that a casual visit to a Realty exhibition on a Sunday evening will change our lives forever. We had always heard of DS MAX Properties and seen many Hoardings, but it was a meeting with their team on that day that was a life changer. I am Mukund Deshpande and have purchased a flat at DS MAX Sankalp. Ever Since we decided to purchase a property in South Bangalore we explored many options in and around Uttarahalli. And ultimately our fate bought us to this lovely apartment which I Proudly relate as my biggest asset which has quality in construction, Budget Friendly, good location and coupled with internal factors like excellent neighbors who have more so become family members.

I have heard many bad reviews about many Builders and DS max was no new. So before making my decision I factored into many pros and cons and ultimately decided to hedge in with DS Max compared to other competitors in same location because I felt the management was honest truthful and committed to their words. When the foundation is strong the strong management would drive their culture and values down under to employees and staff which was visible with the way everyone interacted with me.

Every Apartment in Bangalore will have their issues post entering the flat and Sankalp was also no way different. But it’s all about how we unite as a family and get things smoothly worked out. Likewise, was the scene with Sankalp flat owner’s association and DS Max Management Prasanna for this matter CFO is an excellent person who has resolved all our issues and made us enjoy our property peacefully. Few issues will remain which we still work up with DS Max Management and Mr Prasanna which we have received excellent response and We r sure DS Max would be there with us to resolve all our issues.
