Inordinate delays by Diamond City Developer.

Review on Diamond City Vyoma, R.S.Puram, Coimbatore

I am one of the unfortunate customers who purchased a 4BHK duplex apt in Vyoma in April.2019. the builder promised delivery in June 2019, then August 2019, then in December 2019. As things stand, and from the present rate at which work seems to be progressing, there is no way that the apt will be habitable any time before Sept 2020 at the earliest. The "state of the art" clubhouse that was promised - well the construction work hasnt even started. Going by the builders track record, there is no way that the club house will be ready for atleast another 2 years! The entire team is utterly incompetent and worse of all they keep incessantly lying to customers about the status and date of completion. They have been unsuccessful in getting the EB and Water certificate since Sept 2019 and they don't seem to have a definitive date as to by when they expect this to come in. Their Deputy MD doesn't have the decency to talk to customers. Net net, I have fallen I to a quicksand by investing in this project. If there are other aggrieved customers like me, pls write into sureshbala@hotmail.com, I am happy to take the lead in setting up a close user group of aggrieved customers. That way we will have a better representation and we will be able to confront the builder more effectively.
