Refused to refund Booking amount of 1 lakh

Review on City of Dreams, Sector 115, Mohali

Very poor experience, they are not refunding my booking amount. I don't want to proceed with them because my bank told I am not eligible for loan. I asked for refund of booking amount they refused and said amount is now gone in company account we cant process refund. I am planning to file Case against them.
