I am not sure which matters to you for your goodwill and eventually SBP as national brand - customer's experience OR big hoardings with self- acclaimed reputed builders.

My experience has been so worse that I have reached at a regretful stage. It's been a year.. it should be so embarrassing for you that despite you have so many layers of positions to resolve customer's issue; I am as customer is figuring out to reach out to top with my real issue with your team. No support, false promises and no response despite being paid by you to do the job.

Please see if you can make your team to work on providing me Third-part Agreement and mortgage permission.
