The society is no doubt great. But I am writing this review for a specific flat, so that it comes to attention of future tenants/buyer for the flat.

Flat No D 1206, Jardine Block, Brigade Gardenia, JP Nagar 7th Phase

The owner is a greedy and fraud person. I was a tenant of D-1206 for almost 2 years. The owner never did any maintenance of the house, from day 1 I complained about maintenance problems and he kept delaying them saying health issues, eventually after around 2 years I vacated the house as he asked me to leave the house while he wasn’t present (Again due to health issues). So I trusted him and vacated the house without taking my security deposit. Now after months of reaching out he continues to ghost me and accuses me of imaginary stuff.

This message is for all future tenats, beware of this flat D-1206. You will not receive your security deposit back. The way he methodologically handled the situation, I think he is a repeat offender and does same to all.
