Worst society in Navi Mumbai. No amenities and very bad treatment of tenants. This society is completely owned by brokers. Owners have handed over entire control to the brokers, who charge exorbitant brokerage every year. Even if you stay for 3 years, you will have to brokerage 3 years. How is it even allowed? Then forget your deposit. They will deduct entire amount citing silly reasons. The construction quality is really bad, water issues every week. Sometimes no water for several weeks. On top of it all, tenants have no voice at all, only owners are allowed to post on WhatsApp group.
