Mismatch with Promise versus Adherence

Location of Ashiana Anmol is Good which attract lot many buyers. However, there are several issues which builder is not solving & does not want to solve like

uninterrupted power supplies(problem for normal living), Poor water through tanker after OC in 2019 with poor quality & charging with gold rate.

Increased maintenance

Commercialization for their own purpose & running office in residential area

No provision for daily needs of residents

maintenance agency, though should run by RWA but being run indirectly by builder

Rest is all your choice. Better talk to residents or define your terms before signing the agreement
