We had the misfortune of our US shippers using PM Relocations as our delivery agent in India.
From begining to end there was a succession of lies and delays. Despite reaching out to the managers and higherachy of their company there was little improvement. Our goods arrived in Mumabai and sat there for over a month while PM Relocations tried to'haggle' for more money from the US shippers( at 1 point they suggested we pay & get reimbursed!)
Finally after paying for customs duties etc in advacne they agreed to release our goods( their receipts didn't add up to the amount they billed us!)
After 40 days they claimed to be sending our goods to Bangalore, only to be fed more lies. Having waited at home on a Friday to be promised the goods would be there that evening, they failed to arrive on Saturday, Sunday and eventually arrived on Monday afternoon.
Despite requesting them on Monday afternoon not to open the truck at their Bangalore warehouse, they not only ignored this BUT re-packed our goods onto a smaller truck.
In doing so, all the goods that were at the top, where placed at the bottom of the smaller truck, including itesm that were clearly labelled as Fragile!
Their staff in the office refused to answer the phone when they don't have a positive answer or provide a succession of lies which eventually they later deny.
We will be following up in a consumer court and hope no-one else has to suffer the headaches that we were forced to endure.
There Mumbai staff of Ruby Shaikh in particular where the worst offenders, followed by their comically titled'customer service' manager Mahendra K Pandey in Bangalore. Ultimately the buck stops with the CEO Rajeev Bhargava who employs & trains these people, it syas a lot about him & his company given their awful business practices.
- Thank You! We appreciate your effort.
