Some people do ask for quote and invoice so that they can take money out from their company. PM packers in the only ethical company of India and do not encourage bribery unethical practices. They are many available in market who will do it for a petty cost .
This is one of the oldest movers of India and very professional and always willing to help their customer . Complaint is the last thing management is willing to listen and their top priority is to ensure proper service to customer as they feel they are being paid for this. Some time they also do mistake which every one does in this world but some people realise and take corective and prevention action and some says chalta Hai.
This is the only company probably in the world whihc has escalation matrix on the website. This probably only company whih believes in KYC . Their directors will try to call their customer and try to meet them when they visit their cities. It is probably only mover where directors makes suprise checks while the work is being done . May be they are too concerned about customer
