Mere kotak mahindra bank mein 2 accounts hain. Ek saving or ek overdraft account. Sirf 2 hi mahine hue hain mujhe account open krwaye hue. Abhi se samjh aa gya ki is bank mein account open krwa ke kitni bdi galti kar di main.

Such a bulshit bank and third class employees.

For gods sake , please keep a simple facility like a drop box for cheque .One can't take leave from work to drop a cheque as bank timings are from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm only .Why should I keep the account operations for such a inefficient bank who can't provide a drop box facility in a place like navi mumbai ., forget home banking and other advanced banking services .God save kotak mahindra bank

Policy seller in the dress of banker unprofessional guys without my concern they block my account and they just say sorry for that after some time they says I was our mistake but you have to change the card as they said change will be of our site now they says u will be charge for card

Kotak Mahindra Bank loan process the worst almost 15 working days gone either will not allowed me to cancel the loan or not disputing ammount, too much of harassment they will bother abou the loan process kotak Mahindra Bank staff will make late process and will repeatedly request for documents and everyday minimum to 10 members will call either we don't know the calling person is a employees of kotak Mahindra or not and once you submit the documents next team don't even know that are we submitted documents or not, what a shameful process by Kotak Mahindra Bank. If you are in ur urgent for money not preffered at all at any case don't trust at all else you will end of like in hell

I am facing issues in downloading the bank account statement. It is so surprising that in spite of Kotak Mahindra being such a large and well established banking major, there are still these kind of IT issues exist.

Tried Booking Flight Tickets using the Kotak Rewards Program. Even after 4 days of making the tickets and the payment getting though dint receive the Air tickets. Upon Contacting the Customer care was informed that they would check on the same and get back. But 2 Days have passed and no one has bothered getting back. To my shock the prices for the same flight have now increased quiet drastically. Such a pathetic turn of events from a reputed company. Their Credit Card Reward program is just a show out up with nothing concrete or reliable. Seems like they are making false commitments and making their customers suffer.

I have salary account in Kodak mahindra bank last 5year but kodak mahindra bank is dedection money any time I have complain any time but this is no response. This is very poor service. And froud . My account dedection is rs. 9267 till time. This is froud bank

Today unnecessarily M.A.B 4500 in my account that cut the compound together.What outsiders will chat with the bank is the bank's own employees Give me a request and threaten to deduct one month's MAB and return the rest of the money to my account.It would be better if it bounced tomorrow on the day of my loan installment.

It was a nice experience banking with Kotak Mahindra Bank. During lockdown, I opened a zero balance 811 account online and the entire process was completed online including KYC by sending otp on Aadhaar Card linked phone number. I enjoyed banking with Kotak as there is no minimum balance criterion and no penalty even if the bank balance is zero.
