The bank services are extremely delayed. Very dissatisfied with the service. Salaries always get delayed from the banks end when other banks clear it in the same day.

I have invested 25 lacs in 2017 with Kotak PMS scheme and added one more lac in 2018. Due to their incapable


Fund manager and Coronavirus impact my investment came down to 18 lacs and fighting with them finally it has grown to 29 lacs after 6 years and I have withdrawn the total fund. The profit is 3 lacs after 6 years.Again I have paid income tax for the year on year profit 9 lacs which is not real.


They have given final tax report as 9 lacs profit and I have paid the long term gain tax. My recommendations is no one should invest PMS product with Kotak. If you invest FD you will get more interest than this pMS.every year whether they grow your investment or making loss, they will charge min 2% as service charge and you will not have any control over their investment selection.

I don't know what is my exact Due date on my credit Card. Every month it is different due date is sending bill. Is that 11th of every month or 10th of every month or 7th of every month which is the due date. Is that as per bank decision of due date every month will change.? And also without any pre communication credit limit is decreasing over the night. it was my credit limit 108000 after reduced 98000 and reduced 85000 after reduced 74000 it is purposely reducing over the night and increase my over due. It's creating over the night for over due charges. Without prior notice reducing credit limit and creating over due charges. I don't know what is doing in bank side. How RBI is careless and making customers money problems. Due to banking fraudulent of charges customers are suffering alot. Customers are not purposely making any trouble with banks. I think I may paid lots of over due charges due to without any prior communication of limit decreasing and over due charges. Simply created by Kotak Bank. So far i faded lots of issues and mental torture from kotak PL and CC collection teams. So I'm preclosed my personal loan due to collection agents multiple times called in a day. I lost my job also due to lots followup calls from different numbers the same i was highlighted no one cared about my concern with Kotak. I felt lots of bad feelings with Kotak Mahindra Bank. Many collection agents was used abuse words, many agents used bad words. I ashamed with collection agents. Tortured like anything over the phone call and Home visited tortures, I lost many things due to kotak Mahindra Bank. The Bank I think is running only with fraudulent of charges debit from customers account. If not rectified my complaint I will keep this post all social media and notice to all Kotak Mahindra Bank. I will post my complaint to all Kotak Mahindra. please don't open Kotak Mahindra Bank account, don't take credit card or personal loan.

Very Poor Response from the Kotak Mahindra Bank

Kotak Mahindra Bank is the bank under worst category. I cleared a pending loan from Fullerton which was transferred to Kotak Mahindra Bank. They called number of times to clear the loan and promised to immediately rectify my CIBIL SCORE. But once I cleared the loan they completely stopped to respond.


They don't respond to mails regarding NoC or clearing my CIBIL SCORE.


Even after calling customer care number of times they always ask to wait. They first asked to send a mail with closure letter which I have done immediately. But they have never responded to my mail since 2 months. They always ask to waith for 7 working days then again for 30 working days. There is no match in their promises or conversattion from customer care representatives


It is really very disappointing to customers to always remind for their duties. And it affects our personal and financial conditions if CIBIL is affected.


This loan drawback was also not my mistake. It was their own agent who ran away without paying our last two instalments which we paid to him. Our only mistake was not to take the clearance letter immediately after completing our loan. Only after 10 plus years we were informed that the last two installments were not paid that was around 4000 for which they were asking to pay 20000.

The bank decides to trouble their customers by repeatedly calling for credit card. They must have called me from different numbers over 100 times. They arrange only women to make calls repeatedly so that customer can get irritated. Everyday I got 2-3 calls and sometimes more. Each time the reason was for credit card. One day I got frustrated and decided to ask for employee code. But they refused. They said "we don't have the permission to give you the employee code". I got frustrated and asked "who the f..k are you guys". I don't know what she understood but she got offended and ended the conversation by spewing all vulgar words in telugu language. After this vulgar msgs started from their end.


I decided to go and talk to the bank manager. He made a few calls and told me that it was third party and not their kotak employees. He gave a warning to someone on phone to take up some strict action against the person who msgd me.


I feel the bank itself is responsible for giving my number to some third party without my permission and their only excuse is that it's not us but some third party. I had a really bad experience with this bank. I have decided to close all my family members accounts and all trinity (demat) accounts with them.


Don't trust these banks with your primary mobile number. There is no proper system to Make a complain against such calls. I hope you all learn from my experience and choose wisely before trusting this Kotak bank.

We took a loan 1 Yr back .paid all installments. Still they are charging 14k extra .when asked how they are charging they have no answer.on Friday Khushi and Anjali called us telling that we will settle this amount and you need to pay 5k .We paid but it was fraud no NOC was sent .and they are not picking up phone or replying .

I have used 4-5 banks and never faced any difficulties with any of those banks


But Kotak Mahindra I had worst worsted experience I opened bank and tried video kfc and it fails for 15-20 times though I followed all the steps


Then we applied for officer to come home and complete kyc the agent didn’t came for like 20 days


Later when he came and completed the kyc


And then and started making payment and later after just 10 days my account got blocked


I visited my nearest branch for like 5 times they don’t give proper response or give the proper reason for the account blockation or the proper steps


I don’t able to use credit card withdrawal , bank Trasfer , UPI or online credit or debit


I almost have 2 Lakhs in my account and I don’t understand I should I do.

Personal loan default scam

I took a personal loan from Kotak Mahindra Bank 9 months I paid regularly one month the amount was bounced as my salary was not credited on time. Once it was credited on 10th of the same month, they auto debited the loan amount as well as the penalty charges. On the other side the collection agencies were continously calling to pay the loan amount. Even if we say ir has been auto debited they dont listen. After 4 days it was reflected in the statement then my complete account was blocked with zero withdrawal balance. When I contacted customer care they said until the penalty is paid the account will be zero balance, then after one week they deducted the penalty amount and released the balance. For almost 2 weeks they kept me blind without informing what is happening in the account and whatever amount I credit in the account the balance becomes zero. They respond to the mails only after the problem is resolved.

Fraud Bank with Cheater Employees, dont open any account, dont buy any policy, dont invest in Kotak.


I openedcorporate salary and account In Kotak Bank along with about 500 employees at Rohini Sector 7 Branch in Delhi. where a written commitment was given by Kotak Marketing Manager Mr. Brijesh Giri for several exclusive services for corporate Salary Account. including a hospital cash of Rs. 1000/per day up to 30 days in a year


They were initially faild to open and activate my account for more than three months, after opening they took more than one month to provide me cheque book and debit card.


later on they started chasing to buy policies from Kotak Mahindra and came to my home with their Regional Manager, and we issued two cheques of Rs. 5lakhs and one lakh


mean while my mother got a fracture in thigh bone after Knee replacement surgery and required money for re surgery .


hence requested the senior authorities to stop the cheque to process and we will vuy it later . but the forcefully deposited and hence we requested to issuing bank for non clearance .


After the incident they started repeatedly callingme and my wifefor buying policies.


later on we have been hospitalized in August 2022 and raised claim for hospital cash as per their account opening policy,


initially they asked same documents again and again for few months and later on told through phone and whats app that our claim is approved but will be released on the condition that we buy policies from Kotak Bankwhile claim of few other employees are settled without buying any policy . they are big cheats fraud not meeting their commitments, no customer care nothing.


Now I have to go in Consumer Forum for Legal Aid

I had a problem in Net Banking regarding that I had approched to RM but he delayed the matter, I contacted the Branch Manager she was on leave she gave me some one elses number but he also did not do much about it finally after a week followup I get a reply from the RM & other Person who was handling in absence of Branch Manager that we are on Leave . Now the Branch Manger has resumed have asked her to escalte she says she has forward the matter but I have still not recd any update . Even When I went to Open my society account it took me one month to open.
