After making a down payment of approximately 40%(around ₹;19 lakhs), we were expecting the sale deed to be initiated. However, we have been informed that only a booking agreement will be provided, and that too on a ₹;10 stamp paper which unfortunately holds no legal weight.

While we understand and respect the legal teams position that the registration(registry) will take place after the full payment is made, we do believe that a proper sale deed and a deed of convenience should be prepared and signed at that stage to protect the interests of both parties.

Additionally, we noticed that the proposed agreement does not mention any details about the amenities. When we inquired, we were told that no one had requested this before. We kindly request that the agreement reflect the amenities being offered, as it is an important part of our decision and ensures clarity for all involved.

I gave 40% payment to book one plot. Not sure whether this company is good. I want your opinion.

Bought a land in the year 2010 with an assurance that they will be delivered on 5 years, now its 10 years with no infrastructure like water, electricity laid out. The worst and most unreliable realtors

I have 2 other properties and never ever have received this appalling poor pathetic service. there is no response on emails or calls, their offices vanish off too. they have put up a fake website and taking all bookings in
