Pros: Good brand. Solid construction. Innovative design. Ease of purchase. Staffs are helpful. One of the best companies better than the many others.


Cons: Quality of maintenance. You may not get the expected resale price.


So the bottomline is that although you have to pay huge amount for club, park etc facilities for big complexes by bigger companies. If you looking for a peaceful stay at your own home better purchase a small piece of land and build your own house.


May be you have to go outside city limits for a plot of land but in the long run that decision may bring more benefits.
