I booked a flat in a Somani project in Dumdum area and give 1 lakh RS as a booking charges . I first agreed on a price and went for spot booking with instant decision by paying 1 lakh RS .Within 15 days I confirm by mail that I can’t continue with this project as they are demanding more money I asked them to refund my 1 Lakh RS .Still I am begging for my money and they are not refunding that amount .

Completely cheating service. Do not trust this realtor. Otherwise same thing will happened with you guys like me
