This builder is nothing less than a thief. Take your hard earned money on the name of design by Hafeez contractor. The construction is very slow and of poor quality. The builder just believe in earning money from customer through cash payments. Builder is forcing to pay most of the flat cost as cash and that amount will be removed from agreement to save tax. Totally fraud builder with no ethics.

Owner Ranjan don't even respect his customers. He talks like he is owning everything. This guys should be arrested for cheating government and his customers.
