They just want to make money. They do not provide services at all. They have not provided basic facilities like lift , generator in one of their projects. They have acquired the parking space for commercial use. Parking space is not enough for the residents here. They do not take responsibility of the maintenance for the flats which are still under there possession. Very bad experience. Feeling like cheated.

No any facilities given to flat owner since 2009.Builder name is Pawan Bajaj.He lived at Ranchi.
