Although it appeared as a good project once completed , the Huge delay in construction and shifting of capital , covid , manpower shortage, rising sand prices etc have dealt a heavy blow to the builder and he failed to give rental income to techno towers unit owners. No reply from CRm staff. It appears the owner Mr Bobby is on the run as per his staff.

Saw the project in 2019 starting and construction is quite good. Massive project. 3 phases are shown. right now got two phases permissions.

enquired with local people, they told that the developer is good and will stick on words.

There are some issues which seem like they are small but it does cause us inconvenience. I was not able to use the building terrace to celebrate my birthday and had to go out because of that and because of that I had to shell out way more money than I intended! The terrace is a common area and all members have an equal right to it, so it is horrible when they do not let someone use it!

On Jan 5th 2018 we got order from Consumer forum against Ramakrishna Housing p.ltd

for refund of advance with interest, if any body want I will help to fight through Consumer Forum

I have all the evidence material with me. Only Rs 500/- Postal order is the expenditure.

On 3 rd April Krishna District forum issued an NBW on Ramakrishna Housing even after passed the order for refund of my money by Hn'ble Consumer forum, Venuzia people were escaping.

This developers are not good. Please don't purchase flat in ramakrishna venuzia. There is no co-ordination between sales and marketing team.They promises one prize and then they say different price after booking amount is paid. If the venture is good and has good demand why don't they ask customers to opt out happily who are not interested. They can refund the booking amount of customers who don't want to go forward right.

This itself indicate the project doesn't have confidence and they are no way in market. The claim they do that they have high demand is all wrong. Don't buy the flat here.Please save your day. If you buy flat here its like loosing your peace of mind and welcoming the troubles in life
