Reciently I know pradip builder while I was searching flat to buy. I am also civil engineer. There are some project of pradip builder is pradip siddyeswari. I thought to buy the flat but quality of concrete and workmanship is not good. When I search I found its compleation time is not up to date. And the price of flat per square foot is also so high. According to price I am not satisfied to buy the flat. As per my view quality control and workmanship is required to sell their flats.
