Please be careful before booking with this builder, while booking he will tell many things, but afterwards he will not follow that promises. Quality is also not good inside flat products.

The worst service to customer after booking flats. After registration, blackmailing people for money.

The charges are also more than others.(including BBMP stuffs)

The builder has no other plus point rather than the location.

I think Pioneer Fortune Square satisfies the 3 magic words of real estate - LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!  Considering factors like cost, locality, construction quality, amenities and legal aspects, this project is as good an investment option as it is a good place to live in. Wish there was a pool though! Except for this missing value addition, it is ideal for those who have tight purse-strings!

Having said this, my personal overall rating of this project on a scale of 10 will be 7.5.

I'm planning to purchase a Flat from Pioneer Fortune Square which is near Hoodi Circle, close to Gopalan Grandieur. I had a site visit at this place yesterday. they seem to be good, Initially I had inquired from a LIC loan Officer about the Legality of this place & only after his consent I actually visited the site. Totally there are 80 units, The Builders share is 46 units out of 80, wherein the Land owners share which is 34 units out of 80 units is not for sale.

Hence out of 46 units he only has remaining 6 to 7 units available. We have Chosen a 2BHK flat. Pioneer is a new Builder emerging in Real Estate. Hence Pros are that they want to have this as a Model Project for the area around IT Sector. Cons are they are New & no Guarantee about the completion & Construction Quality n stuff.. So I need some serious reviews on this project. Someone who is already purchased a Flat here .... Your Reviews are greatly appreciated :)

The Quality of contruction seems to be very good. This property is very close to Malls, Hospitals, and IT Parks. People can invest in this property.

Flat are designed as per vastu and there are no common walls a tall. Except swimming pool all the facilitates are there like Gym, Library, Children Play area, Indoor game facility etc.
