Social infrastructure lags behind in terms of proper construction that needs to be taken care of by providing adequate raod facilities, proper connectivity, good transport facilitation, good food services, proper grocery and emergency services if need be.

It is a generally known fact that a simple civil complaint will always fail to deliver a good result so as to been affected by something like having the builder not been quite proficient or faithful to hand over the possession in the said deadline.

Peace is a problem since the location is situated in the middle of all the Hussle of the daily crowd. Since this place is a very go-to place for many people to travel for food, movies and entertainment, this place looks crowded when vacation period arises.

Public toilets are absent in the vicinity which leads to lack of hygiene and good health issues from the nearby areas. Emergency travel issues are not catered for tourists. This becomes a graving concern with regards to the builder's reputation.

It has been seen that the prices of many of the real estate houses are very high when simply comparable to that of premium real estate anywhere in the world and many of the infrastructure projects are difficult to be in a state of completion.

There have been many instances where the real projects have failed to register with the regulators. This is not in accordance with Maharajah rules and laid down principles. This should be taken into effect and the developers should not be allowed to sell, book or advertise without registration.

They are such renowned builders, yet they are so neligent when it comes to stuff like fiiting of pipes. Their drainage system is also not well done and it is in such a bad consition that no plumber can fix it.
