I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Tejas Tarun Vyas and the Oyster Living team. I invested in their Foresta project(Mira Road) and paid over ₹;29 lakhs, but the builder completely failed to deliver. The project was later put on hold by MahaRERA, and the builder has vanished without refunding my money.

They do not respond to emails or calls, ignore cancellation requests, and offer false promises. Even after official RERA action and legal complaints, there is no accountability from their side.

This experience has caused me emotional, mental, and financial stress. I worked hard to afford a home, and all I got was betrayal. The Oyster Living team is unprofessional, unethical, and irresponsible. Dont trust their marketing they leave buyers helpless after taking your money.
