NBR Group, Hosur

I have invested in a plot in NBR Golden Valley. Initially, NBR Group was responsive and supportive, When I had to get the Patta they made me run around a lot and eventually because of my persistence, they got it done.

Now I want to sell the land as I need some funds. I was given to understand there are some issues with the land that was sold, hence NBR Group could not complete the development.

Also, while all the lands around this property are being sold, I understand there is some legal issue that prevents anyone from constructing a house and living there or selling the property.

I connected with few brokers in Hosur area, no one wanted to work on this even for a good amount of brokerage.

NBR has fooled around with many middle-class families and their savings. They are not transparent, and they are very unethical and immoral people. Few of their employees also come across as intimidating when questioned about any issues.

I am a poor middle class person, I am scared for my life so I cannot question a lot these people.

But my hard earned money is stuck with them, We have a medical condition thought will sell this and take care of that problem.

We feel we are being cheated. Now they might go after me for writing the review. But thats ok,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with NBR Developer regarding my experience with their NBR Golden Valley property. In 2018, I purchased a plot with the promise of numerous amenities including a Basketball Court, Club House, Gated Community, Gym, Indoor Games, Landscaped Garden, Meditation Hall, Play Area, Rain Water Harvesting, Security Personnel, Swimming Pool, and Tennis Court.

Unfulfilled Promises

Despite these promises, none of the amenities have been delivered to date. The reality is that NBR Developer has failed to fulfill their commitments, and the amenities remain only in their brochures. This has been a significant letdown, as these features were a major factor in my decision to invest in this property.

Lack of Responsiveness

What is even more frustrating is the lack of responsiveness from NBR Developer. They have shown no willingness to address these issues or take corrective action to rectify the situation. This has left many customers, including myself, feeling neglected and deceived.

Poor Maintenance

The condition of the property has also deteriorated over time. There is no security guard, the boundary wall and main gate are damaged, and basic maintenance work has not been carried out. This neglect has further diminished the value and appeal of the property.

Overall, my experience with NBR Developer has been extremely disappointing. Their failure to deliver on their promises and their lack of responsiveness to customer concerns have left me regretting my decision to invest in their property. I would caution potential buyers to thoroughly research and consider these issues before making any commitments with NBR Developer.
