Seeing the Reputation, I recommended my relative to buy a villa in Silver Oak Villas, Cherlapally, Hyd. Later, we found that it is a worst decision that we have taken. He has been waiting for 3 years, but still the construction works are not completed yet. As per the agreement, it should be over in 1 year 3 Months. On top of that, very poor quality is being maintained. Poor project management & no quality supervision. One has to put many efforts in following up & in-person monitoring. Else, many problems later on. My relative was not present while construction since he trusted builder. Hence, at later stage, he is facing many problems . Now, he is repenting and feeling that why he has bought in this project. Sincere advice: if you have enough time & patience to inspect and follow up and if you can compromise on quality and if you can take up mental pressure, then one may opt to buy in this. Before purchasing, go and visit the site and take feedback from residents.
