Emails sent to Snehal, Sushil, Wecare and Feedback IDs are not reacted to. There is no legitimate input tending to component. Exceptionally terrible individuals and horrendous experience. Kindly don't put your well deserved cash in their ventures.Terrible company and I am regretting now.

Hi All,

When I bought Mantri Celestia in 2009, I had thought Mantri would be different and went by its reputation and word of mouth from my friends in Bangalore who were Mantri fans because of timely delivery and quality. But apparently they turned out be a bigger fraud than other builders. 7 years went on and we are still waiting for the apartment in Mantri Celestia hyderabad. We have been paying through the nose for the EMIs and the rents, and Mantri people just move their tongue, and will shift the date forward. They are paying more to their PR teams than the actual working contractors to keep this under the rug.

It is really pathetic, that in this country there is no liability. People throughout their life dream of a home, and in turn get cheat builders like Mantri. Do they not have any self respect.

They have quickly got 95% of the payment back in 2012 and invested that money somewhere else. Buyers are like a herd of goats now just wishing that they don't get slaughtered, since that is what is looking like if Mantri builders go bankrupt, as they have several fraud cases filed against them.

The buyers have been putting hours and hours each week to monitor the progress, pushing the managers there, figuring out the deadlines themselves. This is despite the fact that Mantri is supposed to be doing that instead of the buyers!

In June 2015, few of my friends from one of the largest software firm in Hyderabad, decided to buy Mantri Euphoria villas where they were told to make 75% payment and handover in November 2015. Luckily after my intervention, they pulled out, and decided against it. Now they handover dates for these villas are in 2017. It is amazing how a few hundreds/thousands of these builders can cheat 10s of millions of people. Maybe there is a school somewhere where this art is taught with being a heartless ruth!

7 years back 95% of the flats amount these mantri has taken and upto now there is no progress. With me there are 500 members who got cheated. Don't believe them. I should say I have to give negative rating if such facility is provided. No response for our emails. Management never bothers to meet in spite of asking many times. We are not sure if we get our flats also. Not only always they bring new persons into the customer facing and every time when we approach them, it starts from beginning . We wasted our money and time.

Please do not trust this builder. I booked unit under 100% assured return scheme where the pre-EMI responsibility is with Mantri. They are worse than road side thugs. Not a bit of responsibility shown. No response, always abscond. Right from their marketing director Snehal Mantri, She is a liar, who came up with all these false schemes. After making personal promises, she does not even respond even after waiting for 1 year. She recently received some Award, which probably should be for the best CHEATER.

Their payments on pre-EMI are delayed by more than 12 months and there is no response from their CRM. They abscond and escape from you. The 100% assured return that was signed as agreement by Mantri is not being honored now.

I strongly suggest do not go with this builder and do not fall for any of the schemes that they bring up. No promise is true and never kept.

I am telling about the mantri developer from my own experience which happened to my friend. She bought a 3bhk apartment from mantri developer last year in the month of June.

It is a running construction that time in kanakpura road. We all know mantri developer is a famous and renowned builder. She never thought that this is waiting for them.

The floor was done and bathroom water also given and she thought of starting her wardrobe to be started. She took bank loan for that also. In the month of September suddenly one morning they went to check the apartment and they were just shocked.

Full apartment is full of water. She called the manager to check on that. He just giving an excuse that may be the workers used the toilet and forgey to off the tap. We will dry it by 10 days. She was devastated as her loan was approved. It was more than 15 days the damp of the wall not full went it left a mark on the wall. After many discussion the builder finally changed the apartment. Now they are just finished their puja in new flat. That was very baf experience for them. As we all know mantri developer apartment starting range from 60 lakhs. So it take a toll for the buyers as it is our hard and money. Be aware before buying.

Hi, I would request to all buyer who want to buy flat in Mantri, Please don't buy any flat in Mantri.  I booked my flat in Mantri celestia Hyderabad in 2008. project was suppose to complete 2010. Today is March 2016. We are struggling for possession without any reason. totally 6 years delay. No workers working on site without any reason. and god knows when they will handover.

They will only do a false promises.

Still if you don't believe Google about Mantri celestia Hyderabad. You will get more details.

Buy anywhere but not in Mantri. sincere request from all of you.

=Mantri trick - they will complete the structure within 2 years(Structure completion will be very fast). then they will collect 95% of your money. then they will invest your money in some commercial block(for us they invested in Mantri Cosmos Hyderabad). or they will invest in other resedential project. then your struggle will start from there.=

In my apartment structure(Till 24th floor)  was completed in March 2012. Today is March 2016. and I am sure they are not going to handover before 2018.

I have purchased Flat in Mantri Alypne and the possession was supposed to be by Dec 2014 and now they have started handing over the flat after 1 year delay and funniest thing is we need to pay for electricity and water charges at around Rs.9700/Every three months, Guys you have messed up and your not getting the BESCOM & BWSSB connection done and when asked your reply is its done by external agencies.

Then why don't you guys tell us in advance when we are purchasing the flat that only infrastructure is our scope and we are not responsible for electricity and other amenities, I am just wasting my money, One side I am paying my rent on the other side you guys are coming up with what ever ways you can loot our money, And I was even surprised that all of a sudden new clause your sending via mail that if we don't take possession with in three months than Rs.5000/month up keeping charges.

Boss why should we pay is it mentioned in any of your agreement and from your side you guys have confirmed a peanuts Rs.3/Sqft for delay in possession, Never ever I will recommend Mantri to any of my friends, Its just not reliable and people are not supportive, no response for calls. So if you want sleepless nights invest in Mantri.

We bought this apartment of Mantri( alpyne) in Uttarahalli during 2012 considering the brand "Mantri".

Little did we know the fact that the big builders also try to discourage customers by not handling flats to them on time . And after years of delay announcing possession without basic amenities. There is no exact communication about the possession dates for Phase 2 flat owners with basic amenities like electricity( BESCOM) and water(BWSSB).

Please mantri management give us the BESCOM and BWSSB so that we can stay in our own house without paying unnecessary DG charges or water tank charges( which are replacement for BESCOM and BWSSB).

My flat was suppose to be delivered by Mantri in Dec-2014 and till date as of March 2016 they don't confirm me the possession dates. also they violate the agreement terms of construction and dare you to go to court. Guys!  I find the local builder is far better in terms of keeping up the reputation.

Unless you are a NRI and want to dump the money. please do not opt Mantri  developers as your first Home they will make your dream a nightmare.

The mantri developers are good developers . I have a house in mantri developers sampigae road . This is very good apartment . I have purchased it in last 2years . In this apartment I have good parking place for my car . Lift facility is very good for mr here .

I have made interior decoration to my house . Water facility is good . One thing I want to say that security is very good here . In each every point camera is fixed in such a way that security is very good here . If power is cut good generator system is present . I have enjoyed the facility provided by the builder hence I recomend this to my friends and relatives

You guys owe an answer to your 1100 flat owners.

When do you think BWSSB and BESCOM connection would be given?

It is more than an year now and we have been hearing one or the other escaping answers from your management and owners - Snehal mantri.

Also, how can you force the maintenance fee for the people who have not registered the property?

Before doing such absurd things fix up your issues and get the project ready.

Once it is ready, you have all the rights to ask owners to register and ask for maintenance.

We can not pay maintenance for a property which was promised to be ready by Dec-2014 BUT even after one year delay is no where near to be in a livable condition due to lack of basic amenities which is Water and Power.

Must answer to this post and I shall respond to your nonsense response to my query.

Booked flat 5 years back at Mantri alpyne. Project incomplete and they have sent out possession letter. No bescom connection, no bwssb, no lifts and no amenities, not even roads. They are blackmailing saying take possession with dg power and tanker water by paying a ridiculously high price of 12000 and 1600 per month respectively or pay 5000 a month for not occupying. Ever heard such rules? Quality of construction is soooo poor. The walls are not parallel, not perpendicular to floor, damaged tiles, leaking drains, flooding common areas in ground floor, no safety grills for windows, huge gap between stairs and railings in stairway, windows in stairway don't have window panes and glasses. It's just left open. Cracks in ceiling, bent doors.  Cheap quality BIIIIG brand.

Dear All,

Please do not buy any property from Mantri builders as they are no more best builders. Infact they are one of the worst builders now.There staff is in-courteous, they do not have any ethics.There commitments are for namesake. Despite of pleading and requesting them, neither they are providing our flats, nor are they responding us with firm commitments for delivery. They do not even bother to respond.They have kept an EA who replies on their behalf and she never makes any firm commitments.

Just to check about Mantri properties, check the reviews and status of all Mantri projects including Mantri Serenity Bangalore, Mantri webcity, Mantri celestia and the list goes on and you will not find even a single project which is delayed less than atleast 2-3years.Decide diligently while making any dealing with Mantri builders.

Mantri developers are name sake Banglore #1 developers, But I realised that Mantri is a useless organization in terms of commitment. They have no commitment at all, they would have forgot about the meaning of commitment too.

For the Mantri Celestia project which they started in 2008, Mantri missed 6 deadlines till now and again postponed the possession(7 years already completed) . If the construction will go in same pace we may not get possession in 2020 also. All the ladies and gentlemen who wants to buy any property with them, be sure that in the construction agreement, they will mention that they will pay a penalty of around 2.5 to 3RS per SFT for the delayed period, but they will not mention the end date of penalty in the construction agreement.

So you will be ended up paying both the bank loans and rent which is proportionally more than 15 times than what the penalty they paid to you. I agree that every builder has challenges like non availability of cement or labor, but not such that they missed 6 deadlines which is not acceptable by any customer or atleast me. Mantri builder is the one of the famous builder of Bangalore and Chennai. I was looking for apartment and after doing so much research I selected Mantri.

Because one year back Mantri builder was having the impressive offer in pre-launch pay 20% now and 80% after the construction, even the pre EMI will be given by them and most impressive part is that we are getting the double the investment and this offer was only in Mantri web city.

I saw the model searched everything about offer and location and I felt this worthy so I booked the apartment.  I like the quality what they are giving and even I am happy with their service. I got my all papers on the time and even my brother booked the apartment as Investment. I don’t like only there duration of completion but it is okay I am getting the good quality things so not worry about it. Well I already recommend about this builder to all my friends and I will recommend this builder to everyone.

I have bought apartment in mantri tranquil 2009.I do not recommend this builder  even for my enemies.

1. They do not deliver on time - Delayed completion one year late

2.Collected maintanence free -  deposit(few lakhs) and refusing to pay back to the owners even after few years handing over to association

3, Builder team did not know how to install pressure pumps for better water pressure in high floors more than 10th floor.

4.Flooring tiles will pop out within two years

5.Walls will crack and seepage will come in top floors

6.More over they will employ all unprofessional plumbers/electricians in mainatanence team to overcharge the owners

Initially they repaired for crack and again it has come. water pump will not work in top floors

Do not  carry away by their marketing campaign and completely disappointing to customers.

Mantri Developers launched this project in 2010 as a super luxury, high class, iconic project with lots of hype and fanfare.The delivery commitment was March 2014. Payment stages were related to casting of floor slabs. Floor slabs were cast very much on schedule, but balance works were not done at all. 95% payment was taken in April 2013 based on casting of last floor slab and reassuring possession by March 2014. However, after taking 95% payment, the balance works on the project were deliberately slowed down and till date(Sept 2015) there is no firm date or commitment to complete.

The CRMs are only making false promises and buying time. The top management are out of reach. They are not willing to answer any queries and address any concerns of customers. Meanwhile, the quality & specifications are also being compromised & downgraded unilaterally. Customers who booked in early 2010 and have paid huge amounts of money(in excess of 1 crore) by Apr-may 2013 are left in the lurch and suffering huge financial losses.

The agreement signed at the time of booking is totally one sided and heavily loaded against the purchaser, for example: compensation for delay is only Rs 3/- per sft(Rs. 6600 per month for 3BHK, equiv to a return of approx. 0.7% pa), whereas if the purchaser delays any installment, he has to pay 18%pa interest.

On one hand, the developer is not able to complete & deliver any of the ongoing projects, new projects are being launched every now and then with innovative schemes to lure & trap the common man, such as.double your investment in 3 years, No pre-emi till possession, etc. Till 2009-10, Mantri developers had good track record of quality & timely delivery but  now for reasons best known to them, they are not able to deliver. Anyone who is mulling investing in Mantri Projects, Beware!

WORST SERVICE From Mantri Taxi Office- 1] Such a Mess.They Don't worry about Customer Time & loss happen due to them. We booked a Taxi on 14/08/2015 for 5.30 pm with mantri from kadubisannahalli to anad rao circle. Taxi did not arrive upto 6.30 pm.

I make 4- 5 call to mantri during this 1 hr, & atleast 10-12 calls to driver to come fast at pickup point so that we will be not late for our outstation bus at 8 pm.

At 6.30 pm mantri taxi person giving another driver number, who again asking me where to come? while telling this at their office, they don't take any action, or any response. 2] Their Drivers don't know the route, they took extra hour in travlling, & charge us double for their mistakes. Experience of Cab booked on 4/8/2015
