I remember when I was a child, the old Bangalore, the green city, we now dearly miss. When our Joint Family decided to move out of our over crowded and polluted neighborhood we chose Mantri Lakeview. Not only does it afford a clean and green space for my children to grow up in but also a wonderful activity for my mother-in-law who loves spending her time at AOL ashram in the evenings.

It's located to other places with the NICE road and an upcoming metro(a drawback since it doesn't seem to be completing!) It's a tranquil place and a great plus is the amazing neighbours, they all match our sensibilities and it isnt a place where we would have any issues with anyone. All our amenities are perfect and we love our home.

After thorough research across multiple sources, we finally zeroed in on Mantri Lakeview for our very first home. Starting from our interaction with the sales team our buying process has been smoother than smooth.

All our queries, small or important have been answered at the fastest possible time with the utmost patience. Our handover though late was fairly compensated. After hearing several horror stories with other builders we consider ourselves lucky to be taking this step in our life with the trusted Mantri. I would heartily recommend Mantri Builders to one and all.

I have been trying to get a residence of my choice for a long time. After a lot of searching and researching, we came upon Mantri Developers. This is my third home and personally, I feel nobody has instilled this sense of confidence in us.

Their project ideas are fresh, innovative and up to date. The lifestyle amenities that they provide are also an extravaganza. Then clubhouse is a beautiful place to relax yourselves and the lush green lawns and gardens are amazing. Another thing that I really admire about Mantri Developers is their sense of commitment towards customer satisfaction.

We have bought a house at Mantri Synergy in Chennai and it has been one of the best experiences. Any complaint/ query is solved effectively and also taken up by the builders. The amenities that they provide are also reflective of a community lifestyle that they urge from us, as residents. They aim to create a community that will nurture, nourish and support each other.

Apart from that, then technicalities are also well met. Electrical plug points are sufficient and bathroom fittings are well designed. Water treatment is practised and thus, drinking water is not a problem. Also, we have water conservation technologies that help to save water. Environment consciousness is evoked by the technologies that Mantri has installed in the complex.

Therefore, Mantri Synergy has redefined my notion of a perfect abode and helped me nestled comfortably in the kind of space that I have always needed.

Me & my wife had been house hunting for a while trying to find the best possible option to invest our hard earned money. Among many other names we came across Mantri Developers & their project Mantri Courtyard.

As we did a thorough research, apart from a few negatives we did not find anything majorly skeptic. Mantri stood out to be one name among the lot which had delivered in the past & could be trusted with our life's savings.

Finally we met the staff at Mantri & were extremely delighted. As we put forward all our concerns & limitations, they answered each & everyone happily.

After a deep thought & analyzing everything, we zeroed in on Mantri courtyard & our pretty confident they wont let us down.

We spent a long time planning to buy our new home. We went to every builder’s for search a good home for almost 3 months. Our goal was to have a low maintenance home that fit our lifestyle.

With Mantri Builders help I believe we have succeeded. Now that our home is good, we still believe our choice was right. Of all the builders we contact you were the most accessible to our ideas without having what I call ‘Builder’s Approach’; and all of your completed homes showed quality building.

I had bought a Home in the project of Mantri Developers in HOSSA Road Bangalore. In the year of 2009 I and my wife were planned to buy a home in HOSSA road location. Before came to this builder we had went to many builder whose project was started in this location. But in each of them there were many issues like cost of the flat, quality of product used, possession of the flat etc.

At that time I got info about Mantri Developers from one of my friend Soorya Pratap. His uncle already had bought the flat from their project. It was a good things for us. In June 2009 we booked the flat in this builder by giving the 80K as the booking amount to them. I got very good help from their sales team member, and their CC have given answer for each issues which were little bit with us.

Thanks to all peoples which had helped us in this big deal.

Mantri Alpyne is a great ongoing project from Mantri in the serene locality of South Bangalore (Banashankari 5th Stage - Uttarahalli Main Road). It is a beautiful project & rates high on both residential & commercial value. It has close proximity to schools like Delhi Public School & hospitals like Manipal & BGS.

Already home to a beautiful surrounding location, with an adjacent hill hosting a BWSSB water tank on its peak, surrounded by a BDA park. One of the best projects from Mantri!

I own Flat at Mantri Serene Pallavaram. I paid 120 plus Lac to Builder and occupied Flat by Jan 2019 . Club House not yet Ready. No kids play area. No park benches. No adequate Car parking . No Two wheeler Parking . No visitor Car Park.

Fire Fighting /Sprinkler systems not yet ready. No Safety of lives in case of fire. About 100 Flats Occupied.

Poor Maintenance by Builder own Company.

Builder not visited project for last four years.

Very bad living Experience.

Living in like hell.

  1. The rooms are very small and the property is overpriced



  2. One room of every flat in every block(out of 6 blocks) has its window facing to other's house bedroom.(No privacy) and is pitch dark



  3. The society is very dirty and maintenance office sucks.They charge unnecessary maintenance bill. Ex - during covid times the entire mantri was almost empty as max bachelors went to their hometown, so water consumption was minimal but still the maintenance department charged extra water bill(stating summer and buying extra tanker of water)





4.The swimming pool never gets cleaned

5.One of the 2 lifts is always non functional- sometimes for 3 days in a row. One day I climbed 13 floors in the night 1:30 am as both main lifts and 1 service lift was non functional


  1. No lights in lobby area and stair case area stinks





7.Even if u complain multiple times to maintenance team they won't solve it

8.Water issue is very common



  1. Unnecessary move in and move out rules where You can't leave the society until and unless the owner signs the letter and in many case the owner doesn't give approval letter as they dont want their flats to be vacated



  2. Stay away from this society

Purchased flat in Mantri celestia. Flat not handed over even after 1 year of full payment. Took maintainance charge for 1 year but handed over maintenance to third party and now they again asking to repay. No one pick up the calls or reply to emails.

Better avoid.

Stay away from the Mantri Pre-EMI Schemes. We end up paying almost 100% and with a promise that they will reimburse the EMI till possession. After sometime, they stop paying the EMI. They are actually using your ability to get a home loan to fund their projects. Once they stop paying the ore-EMI, you will have the double whammy of paying the EMI to the bank on a loan that you have taken in full.

All their staff are untraceable if you want to speak to them.

I worked at Mantri Developers Pvvt. full-time More than a year.

In this Development services ia bad. In site nothing for a safety professional.

Worked as a Safety Professional in Mantri. No Safety Induction, No Safety Training, No Safety Documentation training, but u have to do everything in paper. Safety is in Paper work only. No Safety at Site.

Every month there is an audit which conducted by a nontechnical safety supervisor. Housekeeping is the Major issue in his eyes., Dear HSE person, Safety is 0. not recomntng. Customers service is bad. Not Good Compare to others developers.

Advice to Management

While planning for a project, allot a specified money for Safety also. otherwise everything will be in Paper Only. Product Implementation patheric.

I am an investor in Mantri Webcity Project Buyback scheme. 20% was paid as my initial contribution and 80% was released by PNBHFL bank as lump sum to the builder. Builder assured to pay the pre-emi every month and return 2x of the original contribution at the end of 3 years. We all invested in this scheme as this was floated by a so called reputed builder and backed by a national bank. Currently, I am sitting on a backlog of 5 month pre-emi that is yet to be paid by the builder. My buyback already ended in August 2016 and the builder has not returned the 2x of my original contribution yet. The so-called reputed Mantri builder has simply cheated and fooled customers in this 20:80 scheme. We've sent legal notice to the builder and as a next step filing a lawsuit on them for breach of contractual obligations. Unfortunately, in this country we have to resort to legal recourse to get our own money back. I would advise all potential customers/NRI buyers not to fall into this trap by Mantri builders.

Please do not trust this builder. I booked unit under 100% assured return scheme where the pre-EMI responsibility is with Mantri. They are worse than road side thugs. Not a bit of responsibility shown. No response, always abscond. Right from their marketing director Snehal Mantri, She is a liar, who came up with all these false schemes. After making personal promises, she does not even respond even after waiting for 1 year. She recently received some Award, which probably should be for the best CHEATER.

Their payments on pre-EMI are delayed by more than 12 months and there is no response from their CRM. They abscond and escape from you. The 100% assured return that was signed as agreement by Mantri is not being honored now.

I strongly suggest do not go with this builder and do not fall for any of the schemes that they bring up. No promise is true and never kept.

WORST SERVICE From Mantri Taxi Office- 1] Such a Mess.They Don't worry about Customer Time & loss happen due to them. We booked a Taxi on 14/08/2015 for 5.30 pm with mantri from kadubisannahalli to anad rao circle. Taxi did not arrive upto 6.30 pm.

I make 4- 5 call to mantri during this 1 hr, & atleast 10-12 calls to driver to come fast at pickup point so that we will be not late for our outstation bus at 8 pm.

At 6.30 pm mantri taxi person giving another driver number, who again asking me where to come? while telling this at their office, they don't take any action, or any response. 2] Their Drivers don't know the route, they took extra hour in travlling, & charge us double for their mistakes. After buying flat at mantri synergy padur chennai, I wouild not suggest any person to buy flat from this builder. Builder has not provided bore well and sewage plant not working. MDPL left the maintenance in a poor condition. collected 1 lakhs for club members fees but not given it to the association.

We have 765 flats. Builder has sold the open terrace where he was suppose to put solar panel for water heater. Sold open car parking area more than the plan approved. Mantri flat at OMR padur is in big mess and worst condition to live after buy flat for 75 lakhs.
