They are nice till you book the flat, after that you are treated like a beggar- inquiring for possession, document submission, registration, possession, shifting, maintenance. Everywhere, you will feel like a beggar and you will be literally scolded by their so-called employees.

Invest in this project only if you have contacts with politicians in U.P (Esp Ghaziabad)/IPS IAS serving in UP/Local goons else your money will be wasted.

Quality of the building is bad. Overall 3rd grade builder surrounded with 3rd grade employees, cannot rise unless change its entire team and himself as well.
