I have purchased a flat with KLJ approximately 4 years back under construction link plan.i have already made 95% of the payment to the company as required by the company without any failure and no delays.IN WOULD LIKE TO TELL THAT THE COMPANY IS CHARGING A VERY HEAVY INTEREST FOR EVEN BEING LATE BY 1 DAY.


In the last paper which I recived from the company it said the Rs 1, 58, 000 was due as last instalment .But later the letter which I recived in as a possession letter they are asking for rs 7, 50, 000 which is almost 5 times .on asking they do not have satisfactory explination for the charged money.now the case is in the court.


THEY SAY PAY 1 OR 1.5 LAKH LESS AND TAKE THE POSSESSION.
