Hi, Just a big name real state company with only false committment. Never go for it, I book the flat in Dec 2019, during time it was committed by sales person on Dec 2020 as Possession with latest date by march 2021. In agreement copy, they mention is on September 2021.(without taking any prior confirmation before making agreement) Later they was saying, we will deliver it by March 2021 only. Then Covid started and whole work stop. And since then no work started till now i.e. by Sep 2021. They simply stop all work and divert manpower and takes the benefit in the name of COVID. Now from government they got initial 6 monthsextension. Again as being a big builder and part of strong builder lobby take another 6 months extension from RERA. They are just waiting for the end of period and another wave of COVID for another extension from RERA. Still hadly enough manpower or no manpower. I book in F Tower and from time of booking till today there is no work development. And they took 70% on the basis of slab readiness at the time of booking.


Just request everyone "Not to fall in the trap of these liers". They launch one project, makes some booking.delay it.then build the building structure takes 70% money which cover 100% of his cost required for entire project completion. Then sleep over that project and focus on other project to catch new customers.

One of the worst experience. Worst staff with no courtesy. This stupid so called manager "Aniket" feels that he is owner of Kalpataru can misbehave as he desire. We travelled 15 km with family to visit Kalpataru Paramount site, and this guy didn't even spend 2 mins and turned his back. Next he is talking, chatting having fun with his colleagues, but visiting guests are none of his priorities. This guy even didn't bother to say bye. Either Kalpataru has already sold all its flats or not interested to sell off any. God save people from such obnoxious place.

Guys in this Pandemic in-spite of struggles, other builders have made significant progress with their project. Kalpataru Immensa has not been making any progress. This Builder has been shifting the delivery timelines since last 3 years and has not been transparent about it. Do not invest in this project, stralight etc.

Extremely bad after sales service. Even the sales team is not professional. Too many complaints were raised and no proper response provided by anyone from the management. Please use extreme caution before purchasing any flats with this builder.

It is a good project and offers lot of open space.It has a classy place with all classy properties.The society is good and also the location of LBS road is high ended.The flats in the buildings are amazingly spacious and would give you a luxurious feeling along with a homely environment.you will love to stay here.

Useless builder. Total fraud person. All the executives including Prabhu Ram all are useless person. I advise not to purchase any flat in Kalpatru. After repeated request more than 50 times, they are not ready to execute sale deed. I think some criminal action should be initiated against builder and its key person .

We bought a flat in 2018 , we were handed over year late , no problum. But we have faced all the time was very worst.


1)management not giving response when required


2) quality of construction is very poor , no plastering , only gypsum finished


3)poor quality main door frame


4)leakage is everywhere , grouting is don by unexperienced ladies


5) any time you can find leakage some where in cellar


6)lefts are conjusted and have maintain issues every time


7) Supervisers not responding your calls, if respond not solving your problems


8) Maintanence is horrible,


9) main horrible thing is pan spitting on walls , corridors , windows , every where , no Controle ,


10) bed room walls damaged due to bath room leakages


I have never seen gated community apartments worst like this


I am so fed up

Delay in Possession for Kalpataru Jade . Even after 5.5 years, there is no sight of possession.


I completely empathise with the current precarious situation caused by the COVID-19 Pandemic which has caused supply disruptions the world over.

Kalpatru is a fine developer in Thane but their layout dont have balcony areas attached to bedrooms.


competitors for Kalpatru is mainly Lodha, Godrej and even There is new project in Thane who provide better layout with balcony spaces in all bedroom and is developed by Risland developers for their project named THE ICON, and even they are using advanced construction technolgy which stands different from other developers.

I had done a booking of room in kalpataru park City and have handed ₹100000 to freeze the unit in the month of December.Thereby as on after payment immediately I have got a transfer to panvel from my job work place.


All this happened coincidentally of which i was also not aware of. Being a reputed firm I would hereby request you to consider my situation and handover the said amount to me.


At the time of discussion you said that if you are not interested then ur money will get refunded. I am waiting for a quick and positive response from your side.

Neither the builder not developer is taking interest in the project because of which the project has been stalled since a time that is beyond okay. They have taken 90 % advance from us and this is what they do, which is absolutely sad.
