Janpath Estates, Ludhiana

Janpath Estates , Ludhiana is builder & construction company . They have a office in Ayali Kalan ( Ludhiana) .where they constructed housing colonies .But I had issues with them regarding material used in Housing or Construction .

Staff is not supportive at Major issues and sometimes they try to ignore your complaints . All the matrial which is used in doors and Furniture ( Almirahs) .

It is 4BHK which you can get around 40 lacs rupees .It is Good Colony no Doubt with Good surroundings but Main thing is Their average response to their Clients .

Janpath Estates which are the local builders for me, so I appointed them for the renovation of the home but there customers are not good.

Thr staff members of this developer are not on time, show rude behaviour and talk rudely with me.

Other than rude behaviour the quality which they have used is very poor in quality. In the begning I am not aware about the quality of the material which they are using but after 2 months it starts creating a lots of problem for me like leakage from roof etc. Which shows that the quality is the worst.

They uses this poor quality to cheat there customers and want to get a huge profit by cheating them.

This is very bad about this builders as they not prefer the welfare of there customers.

Finally I will say that this builders are not so good for anyone at all.

Janpath Estates is a builder developer which are nearest to my house. So I decided to give them the order for the renovation of my house.

I know nothing about this developers I give them order on the recommendation of my friend. But I will tell you that they are very poor building developers who know nothing about there work.

There customer services are very poor, the behaviour of there staff is very bad. There staff is not interested in doing any work. All the time they are asking for this and that thing.

Along with poor customer services the material which they have used is not good. The material is of a bad quality which stay for only 2 months.

So there product implementation rate is very bad and time consuming also, as they take too much time to complete there work.

Finally I will say that this developer are not so good for anyone.
