Dream One is Kolkata's smart homes.The infrastructure is really impressive and so is the location.Only traffic can be a problem.Rest of the things are absolutely fine.

I have recently shifted to Kolkata for my job and was looking for a good place.So I came across Dream World City, located in Joka.I was so happy to hear the price range and all, within my budget.However, the area is overcrowded but it's okay.

When I was looking for a flat close to Diamond Harbour Road Joka, my friend told me about this upcoming project by Dream World City byJainGroup. I was pretty apprehensive as I have come across some badreviewsabout this upcoming residential project. But, to be honest I made the best decision ever to visit this placed. I was amazed to see the project planning. Moreover, it's well connected with the rest of the city. In a few years, the East-west metro corridor will also be open. What else could you ask for at such an unbeatable price?

Well, it's been a few months since I was looking for a 2 BHK flat close to my ancestral place in Behala. Since my parents stay there, I did not want to go very far. And this upcoming project, Dream World City is everything that I was looking for in a dream home. A great location indeed, it is going to be well connected with the East-West metro corridors in recent times. And, as I saw the planning, I found that it is going to offer me a lot of facilities that I could ever dream of this price. Well, I have already booked a flat there.

Ever since I decided to buy a flat, I was looking for a smart home in this city. And, after months of crazy searching, I came across this upcoming project of Jain group. Dream One in Rajarhat is exactly opposite to the Eco Park and obviously, a 30 mins drive from my office at Salt Lake Sector 5. So that's a plus point. But what attracts me most is the smart features it offers. With a fleet of the automation system, it's basically the smart home of my dreams. I have already booked a 3 BHK apartment there and waiting for the project to get completed.

It’s been quite some time I am looking for a flat close to my office. For the last 8 months, I am staying here in a rented place and sharing it with other boarders. But as you know, there are always some limitations when you are staying in a rented place. So, I was looking for buying a flat in this city and that too close to my office. I was happy that this upcoming project of Jain group is so close. It’s exactly opposite to Eco Park and is likely to offer a set of smart features for the residents. I just loved it and planning to buy a flat there. Just waiting for the project to get finished.

Recently visited dream world city, i was quite impressed with their style of architecture and the cordial marketing team but i am not sure about the location since it is bit far from the metro station which is still upcoming.

I have recently booked a 2bhk in their project dream one. This is near eco park and close to my office which is at sector v. Till now i am happy with the team. They are nice and cooperative people. However i am waiting for the project to get completed so that i can see the Final outcome. But, since i have invested my hard earned Money, i hope the project is as good as they are told...

Jain Group is a fraud company and the project dream one is a complete money making scheme by fooling poor buyers. I have put my hard earning money into the project over a year ago and have been paying my installments on time. However, the company had not fulfilled their promises in terms of the construction plan and I dont see any work on their project. They are also not returning the money that I have already given them.

DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO THIS PROJECT UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHEATER. THE COMPANY IS BEING RUN BY LIARS AND CHEATS.

I have visited Dream one. It is really affordable given the location it is in. Within this range the project has a lot of aminities to offer at reasonable price.

A very well maintained township with lots of amenities over there. The buildings are well structured. Also the staff at the site location are very friendly. They behave well with you which I have not seen at other under construction sites. Bit Outskirts but connected with facilities. Looking forward to quick completion of Joka Metro

Dream World City is the good projects, looks very good but the traffic in this area is the one of the problems. But over all it is good projects

They are reliable and are doing a good work. I put my best wishes and encouragement forward. There's room for betterment but the present status is commendable too.

I came across this project of Jain group a few months back. I was actually looking for a flat close to my office in New Town and this one is located pretty close to my office. Exactly opposite to eco park, this upcoming project comes with a lot of amenities. Most importantly, it's a smart home. What else would u look for in that budget. However, am waiting for the project to get completed soon.

Visited Dream World City. Affordable price. The concept seems interesting. Nice one. The location is a bit far from the Joka metro but I liked it.

I was going through your website . The project looks real good. Pretty much interested. Looks like a good deal.

Home automation is one of the prime attractions along with the location of the project.Undoubtedly, a good project.

One of the best technology advanced project available in Kolkata and location is an added advantage to this project.

Dream One is a project with a wonderful eco park view right in front of the project.The Post Sales is also very efficient.
