I live hm world city in peach block.There are

major deep cracks in my balcony i complaining to hm office since 2 years, the cracks are getting bigger day by day. They send somebody who take some videos but again nobody come to repair it .Telling they will repair but nothing happened .Its very bad experience for us.

HM indigo is Located in JP Nagar 9th Phase and having so many families living in this apartment.Its a very nice and well developing location.

After the apartments work finishes, will have mall too as a part of the apartment. Its a very nice community to live .

I have been living in HM world city  since 2012.

I had booked in HM world city looking at the spacious floor Plans. The flat are extremely spacious with very good quality construction.

The best part of HM world city is the living experience. I have really enjoyed the open spaces, Fresh Air in HM world city and

We all live in a lively and vibrant community.

The complex has a good location as it is accessible via both kanakpura road and bannerghatta road. Connectivity via Kanakpura metro is available.

HM management has effectively resolved our concerns related to projects Viz

1) Cauvery water/BWSSB has been commissioned for the project

2) Occupancy certificate is obtained for Phase 1 towers for Ivory, Orchid & Mine

3) Builder has formed Associations and refunded corpus for the blocks

HM management has made arrangement for facilities like Gym, Indoor games and Children Play Area.

I am living in HM World City over 10 years. There are many positives in the project. We get fresh air, Lots of open area, and away from all the noise and disturbance.

Now, there are facilities like play area for small kids, Walking/jogging/cycling track, fitness centre, gaming zone.

Now project has Cauvery water connection and also has  borewell, which is sufficient during summer

The community is very friendly and have taken many initiatives like planting trees, which has made surrounding green. There is a good awareness about waste segregation, and entire area is kept very clean and tidy. Community also celebrates all occasions, festivals as a single family.

Quality of construction, material used inside house is very good. Even after 10 years, there are no issues and still looks new
