I came through GBP Group via internet and visited their projects; I must say, the company has raised the living standards by providing the luxuries and facilities in their projects. I really liked the work as they have focused on each and every detail at micro level. It is really worth of investing in GBP Group’s Project. Good Residential Option in Punjab

I have purchased a property in GBP’s camellia project. The construction in this project is very well done. I bought this property for my residential use and was looking for something which should have all the modern amenities with great location. Here GBP’ camellia comes in the picture. I & My family has shifted to Punjab recently and they liked this property.

Here, I would like to share my experience with GBP, Chandigarh. One year ago, I was searching for a residential property space and then I got to know about GBP’s Astra at Dera Bassi and then I posted a query to it and their representative attended me and asked me for my budgets and requirements then accordingly he took me to the site to showcase their construction. As I have shifted at this place and the actual villas are as per the one they showed me the sample during the visit. The possession was on time and it was worth investing in their projects.

I am shocked to see that my review here in mouthshut was fraudulently changed to 5 star which was earlier one star(no option of giving zero). GBP has launched a lot of ponzi schemes, smart City New Chandigarh was one amongst them of which I am the victim. Cheque bouncing for them has become such a common practice that they feel no shame in doing it. Satish Gupta, it is high time you pay up your dues to the buyers or else face criminal proceedings as the buyers look really angry and frustrated!

We bought two Flats in 2018 in Camellia Project. They promised us the possession in 2019. This is June 2020 and we still don't have any information about the flat. The structure is unprepared as it was in 2018. No improvement has been done. We gave the Full amount to GBP Group of our appartments and in return we get nothing from them. We get cheated by them. They are really Fraud.

I was hired as Sales Manager in Nov2019 for their upcoming project in Noida. In Feb 2020, they asked to sell Chandigarh project without any support from Noida only as Noida project was not coming in any near future...& Also we were paid Dec2019 salary in Feb 2020. & Now since Jan 2020 we are waiting for our salary. No one from the company is responding to our calls now. HR also says they don't have any idea about our salary.

Now some people who resigned in Feb 2020 also don't get salary & people who were released by company in April & May are also waiting for salary.

GBP is a fraud company in tricity or wherever they exits. They convince the credulous people and show them dreams in such a way that you believe them instantly if you

are not mature enough in property dealing. Their only aim is to extract money out of your pocket. They are most dishonest and disloyal people. They are only trained to cheat people by any means. Once their purpose is fulfilled, they even forget the names of their customers and behave like unknown. I had booked a plot in their New Chandigarh project which they named "Smart city". Iam damn sure that this project is not going to be delivered as the company has to sell their property to pay off the people whom they duped. The company has sowed the seed for its downfall. They wanted to touch sky in a night but forget that neither they can touch sky nor they will be on earth and their position will lead them to a downfall which will eventually emit their existence. The only way to get out of this situation to pay off the dues of the people with respect and apologise for the lapses. They need to sell the portion of their property to pay off the dues. Iam running behind them to get my hard earned money back. I advise all the persons reading my views to please stay miles away from this fraud company. I also advise all the persons who are already duped to drag them in the court and claim all compensations

Bad experience while dealing with GBP non professional Manager's. All Managers are against each other and leg pulling is very common in this group. They stopped giving assured returns to their customers from Jan 20 onwards. Now they deny to cancel the deal as well and force their customers to bear with their policy

Having a very bad experience with Gupta Builders and Promoters or GBP. Their sales team is highly professional when they have to convince you for investing and become super highly unprofessional as soon as the payment is made. They turn their backs on you when you try to visit their office.

We were given cheques for monthly returns that bouncing now for insufficient balance. A check worth of Rs 8k was bounced in the bank. Think about it a company cheque for just 8k was bounced? They do not have funds so how can they pay the return and how can they develop their projects?

GBP Centrum has no progress since the last 2 years because they have no funds?

They are looting people and neither giving possessions nor the money back. Not even return cheques.

They are complete fraud and scammers. Stay Away from them.

GPB or Gupta Builders & Promoters is a FRAUD company. None of their projects is cleared and whoever investing in this company's project will regret the way I am regretting.

Their return cheques are bouncing every day. Their directors hide in the office whenever you try to meet them in person. Their sales team is a bunch of crooks. As soon as the deal is closed they won't even take your phone calls. They trick you with your money and once the money is paid they change their color and attitude towards you.

They are liers and cheaters the most corrupted company in the Tricity.

There is number of complaints against them in the courts and on online portals. They are pretty shameless people.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT INVEST IN GBP OR GUPTA BUILDERS AND PROMOTERS.

There is news that they have sells their company to someone else. So you never know who you are buying the property.

I really had a tough time to deal with them. People at sale site are not honest. Their welcoming gesture can fool you easily if you don't have a good knowledge about buying property and documentations related to this. They are misleading customers, by providing half of the information to their customers and not providing information proactively. I have seen that they have managed to sell some of their flats / plots which are not even MC approved and RERA registered. They took deposit as a token money and then disappeared. After that you may need to chase them for years now for next process. No response on email, no calls. If you ask them to refund your deposit you have to go through a long application withdrawal process with no guarantee on your refund. No stand on verbal commitments they made to their customers during property purchase. However property prices are competitive.

Be careful when you have decided to buy a property through them.

I was going out with my family and i saw a hording name Gbp group, i thought when i get a chance i'll go and visit some day when i go there they treated good, the flat they showed to me is also good but when i saw a flat from inside then i wondered and booked at that time.
