I really had a tough time to deal with them. People at sale site are not honest. Their welcoming gesture can fool you easily if you don't have a good knowledge about buying property and documentations related to this. They are misleading customers, by providing half of the information to their customers and not providing information proactively. I have seen that they have managed to sell some of their flats / plots which are not even MC approved and RERA registered. They took deposit as a token money and then disappeared. After that you may need to chase them for years now for next process. No response on email, no calls. If you ask them to refund your deposit you have to go through a long application withdrawal process with no guarantee on your refund. No stand on verbal commitments they made to their customers during property purchase. However property prices are competitive.

Be careful when you have decided to buy a property through them.
