High rates for construction and high extra charges

Since I am living in indore from my childhood. My father is looking for a flat. he met with goyals infra solution. there he asks for rate. the builder put a very high rate in front of him for 2BHK and 3BHK flats. it is not a standard builders in indore. it is a new but the rates are so high as compared with some other famous builders in my city. the extra charges and paper works cost is also high as compared to others. he rejected to buy a flat there and move on to the akriti builders which provide more space at same price point.
