I met with Garudachala MD Mr. Srinivas, we actually understood the actual problem. It's not with them, the problem was with the BBMP approval. We finally understood the issues and it was not that they intentionally wanted to not give us money. They have refunded us the money with interest. They explained that they didn't withhold the money intentionally, they were trying to get the BBMP approval cleared and they will be completed.
