They are masters at overpromising and under delevering. We expected so much more because that is what they told us and we got just half of it.

We were duped because the builder told us that they is only this one flat available and this flat is absolutely the one with a bad view and bad ventilation! Later, we came to know that there were other flats available as well!

It has been seen that from many of the parking policies, there are some Parking subsidies that may be provided to some users but not others. There are also regulations that are provided with fees that may apply at certain times but not others.

It has been seen that the formation and the implementation of new rules under RERA has led to forcing many of the developers to postpone new launches. Not only this there are still a number of projects in the inventory list of the projects that have not yet been sold.

There is no space to park my car here and some days I do not even get space outside my house, which is ridiculous as so much of my time goes in finding the perfect spot.

Since many of the builders are saturated with the huge inventory list, it is this time that they ought to stop bringing forth schemes like getting to pay no Maintenance fees for 2 years when in reality the amount is quite expensive for the same.

These builders have given us a tough time! It has been 5 years and the project is nowhere ready to start, forget completion! We have been looted of our money and we request you to be careful while dealing with these builders!

Booked a flat in May'2018. Not Receiving any Project updation from the builder for last few months although learnt that entire work being undertaken by renowned Arabian Construction company.

Trust Top Management of the developer keeping watch on progress and ensuring use of best material and quality of construction and finish.
