I had booked an apartment in Mahavir Kalpavruksha J Wing Orchid Bldg in 2019 and I am yet to get a possession.The builder has shamelessly availed extension from RERA twice and already facing huge losses due to delays.Mr Dharmil from the HO will never pick your normal calls but will always call you on whatsapp which raises more suspicion about this builder and when I ask them to provide in writing that, they will compensate for the losses, there is no response whatsoever.If you booked a flat in this Building then please connect me on banxxxxxx@gmail.com and lets take action against this builder collectively.
